Output option -F mc2 produces a .jnii file

Dear Qianqian,

the current master of mcx produces .jnii output files even when specifying .mc2 as output via -F mc2. The other output formats (bnii, nii, hdr, tx3) work though.

We might switch from .mc2 to .jnii in the future. Do you know which output format is the fastest to read?

I am currently preparing a new milestone release of mcx - v2023. as part of this major release, I decided to switch to the NeuroJSON based human-readable, self-documenting JNIfTI/JSON format as the default output format to enhance data interoperability, see my changes here

the issue you found was a bug resulting from the above change.
