voxel size and diffuse reflectance

Hi Dr. Fang,

Can you please let me know how to set voxel size in mcxlab (MATLAB base)?

Also, if I use mcxstudio (v2020) and select the option to save diffuse reflectance, where can I find the diffuse reflectance output? I can only see the fluence in *.nii file.

the diffuse reflectance is returned separately in mcxlab, but for mcxstudio/standalone mcx, the diffuse reflectance values are recorded as negative values in the volumetric output, for mc2 file, you can use loadmc2.m to load and separate it from the fluence. for nii, you will need to do it manually.
