INTERVIEW  PROCEDURE :

 

There are 3 rounds of interview 

 

1) GD – Apprx 15 mins

2) V&A round - Apprx 15 mins

3) Final Discussion – PDM Round

 

To clear a V& A interview the minimum scale is 3.25/5 .Below that will be a reject.

 

PDM Rejects mostly due to :

1)      Not agreeing to work on Night shift ,

2)      Not agreeing compensation Offered.

3)      Technically very poor(Basic trouble shooting knowledge)

 

Basic Criteria :–

 

1)      15 years of education

2)      Entire educational Back Ground of English Medium from top rated schools.

3)      Marks particularly in English throughout career-75% (Preferred)

4)      International tech support (Voice) experience. (Preferred)

 

Compensation Details :

 Fresher’s -  2.00 LPA  

 

Need Only 2010/11/12/13  Pass  out students only .

In continuation to your personal meeting followed by the telephonic interview we are willing to conduct the drive at our campus on 17^th August 2013.Since 2013 batch of students are not in the campus we cannot guaranty the number of participants.
