Hi Everyone,
Here is the information about the science tour at Agricultural Research Service. The tour will take place on Friday, November 18, a week before Thanksgiving from 9:30 - 2pm. Students must RVSP their student id, name, and major to career....@minneapolis.edu. We have 12 seats per van. So far, I am only getting one van for this tour unless we have a huge amount of students that want to attend - then I will get another van. Agricultural Research Service can accomondate up to 25 due to the laborities, just so you know. The day of Friday, November 18th, students must check-in at 9:15am. We will be leaving approximately 9:30am to arrive at the facility by 10am.
Dionna and I discussed if we have a huge amount of students - we would definitely consider doing another science tour for Spring semester. So, if you have students, who want to attend but can't - please let them know that a possible tour can happen next semester if we have a huge interest. Please, let your students know about this great opportunity. Here is a flyer of the details of the tour and how to RVSP.
