Well howdy there folks! Here we have a hacker named "Duncasaurus_". This man is not family friendly and admitted to using the Wurst Client. Furthermore, he basically admitted to using "Timer", which is a module in the "Wurst Client" that speeds up the "ticks" (minecraft time) client side (for himself only). This module in the client long term leads to small lag spikes on the server. Also, this makes every action of his "x" times faster (however fast he wants it to go).
