Staff and Spawn. etc

Hello, I just have a few things to talk about that you can change around to improve the server, if you wouldn't mind listening.

First; The Spawn, all the people I've talked to, do not like the new spawn, a lot of people miss the old spawn. The old spawn wasn't big (Which might become a problem when the server gets very popular) but with the number of players playing right now, and the number of people who'd join back after the old spawn is back, it'll be big enough. The old spawn is small and isn't confusing like the new one and I really think you should change it to the old one and decorate it for Xmas and Halloween when they come around.

Next thing; The staff, I really think you should get more staff, yes the staff we have now are very nice and help out, but; they aren't on anymore. We need more staff so they can get on, in sort of shifts so if anyone need's help/people need to be muted, kicked/etc, we have somebody there to help out with that! also, we need staff who won't abuse their privileges and are trustworthy.

Last thing; I really think you should make more mini games! first of all, change FS so it's not on a seperate server (that kind of sucks with it being on a different server, instead of the Lobby server) and then add a few more Mini games, I know a few of my friends (a while back) liked the idea of Hide and Seek! so maybe if you could get some builders, who can help out with building maps, and also looking at ideas for the maps that regular players make in creative! also more Parkour maps would be great! having the same ones are kind of getting boring, maybe look at some players parkour ideas and rebuild it in spawn. Also, maybe a few new Hunger Game, maps? (I wouldn't want to get rid of the old maps, but maybe add a few new ones once in a while, so people don't get bored of them?)

Don't think people will come, just because the spawn changed. That's just not true.

I agree with the Staff things. But i have to say that the last staff generation did not abuse at all. In my opinion all members were pretty fair and trustworthy.

May be a good wish to get new games. But don't forget: Implementing new stuff means a lot of work and bug fixing. Do you really think just because we make a few "new" minigames the server gets more popular again? I think not. We can only "make" new games by using plugins someone wrote. Atm no one from the Staff team or the Admin team is able to write such plugins. Means, we need a dedicated dev. Such dev wants money for his work. Or we take som free plugins a lot of servers are using.

HG/SG is kinda dead. We've seen that over a long time. Even on the bigger server networks people often don't play SurvivalGames. In my opinion it's not a permanent solution just to add a few maps.

No, I don't more people will not join because of the spawn change. but I do know some people who stopped playing when the spawn changed because that's what they were used to, and it didn't seem right to have a different spawn. and yes yes I know, the staff didn't didn't abuse their privilates, I didn't mean it that way. I just mean that when they get new staff we'll have to make sure they won't abuse their privilages. yes I know making new minigames will take a lot of work, I was just suggesting a game I know some people liked for the future minigames if they're added, and yes I agree about HG, I'd just hate to see it go (in my opinion)

Yes I understand, I just said a few things that I'd like to see done in the future (Not that they're going to get done, they're just ideas!)
