E-Voting regarding Charging Personal Trainers/Coaches a Monthly Fee.

Dear Residents,

At the recent AGM, a proposal was discussed regarding the introduction of a monthly fee for personal coaches who train residents within the Sunny Brooks facilities.

The rationale behind this proposal is that the clubhouse and related amenities are created and maintained through the annual maintenance charges contributed by all plot owners. Personal coaches conduct paid training sessions within these premises and therefore derive commercial benefit from infrastructure that is collectively funded by residents. The proposed fee is intended to ensure a fair and reasonable contribution towards the upkeep and maintenance of these shared facilities.

The matter was put to a vote by show of hands at the AGM. Members considered two options — ₹1,000 per month and ₹1,500 per month per coach. Based on the outcome of the show of hands, it was decided that a fee of ₹1,500 per month per coach would be levied.

Subsequently, some residents who were unable to attend the AGM requested that the matter be placed for e-voting to enable broader participation. In view of this request, the issue is now being put to an online vote so that all residents may express their preference.
