Hi everyone, there is a meet at Idiom Wines this Sunday 08 October. The hike will be along the Idiom Boulders trail.
Grade 2 No hands on. Some loose gravel. Elevation gain 450m.
Drive to Knorehoek road in Sir Lowry’s Pass. At at Knoerhoek security gate say you are going to Idiom.
Park / up meet at the top Idiom car park beneath the tree. 08:00.
We hike a newly opened trail, courtesy of Idiom. Up the hillside to the high point amidst amazing builders.
History and legends chat, pointing out climbs and ways through the rim. More knowledge for the WSAR team….
Descend through more boulders past a cave, to swing back to Idiom.
Optional wine tasting / coffee / pizza.
