Nicks Organic Farm has been around for 32 years and is one of the
oldest organic farms in the State of Maryland. In addition to
providing seed and animal feed for local farmers, Nicks Organic
Farm hosts the Brickyard Educational Farm, a farm education
program where local kids learn first hand about plants,
sustainable food and farming and the soil, water, environment, and
biodiversity that sustains us. The Montgomery County government in
conjunction with Montgomery Soccer Inc. (MSI) wants to bulldoze
the farm and build parking lots and soccer fields.
We will continue to fight to save Nicks Organic Farm and
Brickyard Educational Farm and invite you to join us!
