This room also offers your own temperature control.  The apartment is located in the Sky mark tower which is a high rise building that has beautiful views of downtown. There are washer and dryer units available on each floor for your convince. A business center located downstairs in the lobby for studying and small meetings. Also, there is a game room and gym in the basement. This building is highly secured with key fob entry and an overnight police guard. This building is Walking distance from MCPHS university & WPI, Hanover theatre, close to major highways, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other activities. There is parking available in a parking structure right next to the building for a fee. The rent is $ 762.05 per month this includes water, heating and cooling, and trash. 

This property also offers month to month, 3 month, 6 month, and 12 months leasing agreements.
