Seeking a professional, Grad or Post Grad student who would like to live near their MCPHS campus in a beautiful residential neighborhood in the West Side of Worcester, MA. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscape, flowering bushes, perched on a small hill away from the street providing a very peaceful space to come home to at the end of a busy day.

We have a spacious, furnished loft entrance is from the main part of the house. The Suite is private and we open our entire house for you to use. It has a dining room, a living room and 2 dens, a full kitchen packed with dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, and even tons of spices...you are welcome to use it. We have 2.5 bathrooms, with the 1/2 bathroom on the first level that you can call yours. You share one of the full bathrooms on the 2nd level.

We have 2 domestic pets, an elderly cat who pretty much stays on the upper level and timid so will not be bothering you, and our 1-year-old Ashe whom we nurtured and weaned after his mother died in a car accident when he was 3 weeks old. He thinks he is a little human boy and very friendly. They will never bother you.

We like having friends and family during holidays and you are welcome to join us. Or for a home-cooked meal mostly on weekends. On the flip side, we work a LOT and the house is empty most of the time. We are private people and appreciate your privacy as well.

What we are looking for in a tenant:
* Private person but can bring friends over and use beautiful living areas and kitchen
* Professional business person/ faculty or Grad or Post Grad student
* Someone who doesn't mind sharing the space with a nice family who lives there (but gone all day at work and many weekends)
* Kitchen and all appliances, dishes, pots/pans, etc. are available for your use
* You are welcomed to enjoy family meals with us if you are around--We love to cook
* Good attitude, positive outlook, clean and respectful

Monthly Rent and details:
*$700 including utilities--Must provide first and last month rent and sign a lease.
*must have references
