I'm considering charging a fee for my seminars and I'm looking for a
good all around retirement planning book...optimally one that
reinforces the tenents of efficient markets/indexing that compliments
our work with the Minuteman. One that would be a good give away. Any
suggestions?

I would be concerned about charging for the seminar. The only reason
that I would say this is that seminars are really more of an
introduction to your company and less about the content delivery. If
for example, you were holding a 3 day workshop on a particular topic
(that you were a well known expert at), then charging would be
expected. But if you are trying to filter out the "real" prospects, I
think that is best left to filtering you invitation list. It is for
the advisor to get the attendees interested in their services and this
should be done by positioning your company's services against its
competition.

I would suggest "Winning the Loser's Game" by Charles D. Ellis. It supports
indexed passive investing, and would integrate well with MinuteMan
rebalancing. My technical minded clients have found it useful and well worth
their time.

I think you are right. I've decided against it for now.

Thank you very much. I'm not familiar with that one but I'll check it
out.
