higher volume leg. district lookups next week

Next Tuesday is National Voter Registration Day (http://nationalvoterregistrationday.org), and TurboVote is providing the actual voter registration services. As such, we will probably generate a higher-than-normal number of leg. district lookups via the MC API. I don't think it will be too crazy, given that it's an odd year. But I wanted to give you all a heads-up nonetheless.
