The Notes of our February meeting are attached.  The letter to Wilmington City Council and the Mayor will be sent within the next few days.  We hope that a member of our group who is a city resident will attend the March 14 Council meeting and read the letter during the public announcement period (5:30 - 6:00.)   Any Volunteers???????
