PATHETIC CONDITION OF TABLE TENNIS ROOM

Kind Attention: President  Sh. Batra ji- Treasurer Mrs. Dipti Salil –Member  Sh. Shukla ji  – Mr.Gaurav  Chabra Secretary and others.

 

Dear All

 

Above pictures show the current state of the Table Tennis Room . Please note the following:

 

1)      The flooring of the room is hollow beneath the broken Tiles. The Tiles are broken from the edges and there are dangerous gaps between the Tiles . I myself and one committee member Mr. Shukla ji play Table Tennis every morning for the past two months .I have tripped over three times already due to the broken tiles and at least one time almost fell down hitting the table .Luckily there was no injury . It is feared that we are waiting for an accident to happen someday soon. Kids also come and play sometimes and the floor is very unsafe for them. You are requested to have the new tiles/flooring done ASAP as possible to avoid any accident or mishap.

2)       The Table Tennis is being played on a worn out Table. It may be more than a decade old and is unplayable .It is requested that a new proper table be installed so that more and more people can use and make the room active, The edges are worn out and the centre joint has split and as a result the net cannot be in place.

The MC is requested to do the need full ASAP and replace both the FLOORING  and the TABLE.

REMINDER -01

 

Dear MC

Subject; Table Tennis Room

Every time there is a issue MC maintains a complete silence specially the main person currently in charge of running the  show in the Forest OMAXE. Please advice if there is any proposal to put a new Tennis Table and a new flooring .I have already stated that I myself have tripped trice while playing and have been so far lucky of not being hurt. Please note that in case of any injury caused due to falling or any kind of accident in the Table Tennis Room while playing shall be the sole responsibility of the MC .

 

You are requested to immediately replace the flooring and the  Tennis Table to avoid any injury or mishap. Keeping silence will not help and we as a resident request for a quick and effective solution. I am sure the MC will heed to this request and grant funds for the betterment of the Society.
