The below mentioned letter was mailed to the members of MC on ApriL 26TH 2018. As usual there is no action or reply. So the letter is being now mailed to all the residents for them to appraise/ access themselves how some of the sadistic elements in the Forest Society are taking matters in their own hands and spoil the general harmony of the complex. The letter is written by RWA(as per the cover note) . It is not difficult to find out the person using this language now and before.
Please judge for yourself and make your own assessments without any prejudice.

Dear All
The enclosed attached letter from RWA written on 22.04.2018 has been written BY A PERVERTED,SADISTIC AND A SICK member of the Society. The language is deliberately distorted and made to look as though the person writing is not very familiar or comfortable with the English language .The words like “GOONDAGARDI” and “DADAGIRI” have been used before also in the mails by residents repeatedly evidence of which is abundantly available on record and it is not difficult to access the identity of the person writing such defamatory mails. It is a blackmailing language used mostly in journalism OR by people who have sadistic and frustrated ulterior motives .
1. It may be noted that the letter comes officially from RWA in which case all members of current RWA are involved deliberately by the sender of this letter.
2. The letter is defamatory and abusive in context which means that the resident involved has no respect for its neighbors. It is disrespectful and needs a Police/Legal investigation .The matter needs to be immediately reported to the Police as it insults a Tax Payer of this country. It will be advisable for the MC to investigate failing which I shall do it myself.
3. The person concerned does not agree with the Settlements on payment of his/her share of the Lifts done by MC and is averse to paying a single rupee of the share. This is just a rouse to divert the attention and blackmail residents into cohesions.
4. Letter is sent by RWA meaning that the RWA is answerable for this derogatory written letter. Such a residents should be identified and boycotted from all activities of the complex and by its residents. The possibility is that more than one person is involved in writing this letter. We also hope that no member of the MC is behind this.
5. Penthouse owners are targeted deliberately to divert the attention from not the main objective of paying for the lifts charges.
6. To set an example MC is requested to ask all it’s Governing committee members(10) to contribute the amount of Rs.1.85 lakhs first to set an example for all others
The letter is derogatory ,defamatory and insulting the Penthouse owners .I am one of them and it has really hurt my integrity .As such I am reporting the matter to the concerned Police department to investigate the perpetrator of this heinous crime and further take legal action against the RWA . This is an unwarranted ,undesirable and uncalled for activity and could have been avoided . Such residents should be identified and thrown out of the complex as they spoil the environment and harmony amongst the residents of the Society.
Please note that amongst the Pent House owners is also a very respectable ,honorable and dignified VIP member of Parliament . This letter is an insult and attack on the elated representative of our Constitution and any such act is highly condemnable and it should be insured that strictest possible action be taken against the culprits to save the integrity of our duly elected member of Parliament.
I hope the MC takes this matter seriously as our lives and children are unsafe with such perverted residents prowling in our Society. In fact a Meeting of the residents should be called immediately to avoid unpleasant action by the aggrieved Pent House owners. The Secretary Mr.Gaurav should call a meeting as Mr. Batra is unwell.
LASTLY my sympathies and with the President Mr. Batra a very straight forward , God fearing person who is bed ridden and has to go through all this unnecessary trauma and agony. We all pray for his speedy recovery and good health. Let us not get him into all this mud sling game.

Note; Such complaints/letters written to the Administration will demean the reputation of the complex resulting in erosion of value of the Estate. This has already happened in the case of Outer Green Belt with the Horticulture department .
There is a famous saying “GHAR KA BHEDI LANKA DAHYE”. Now it is for the MC to find who is after all these defamatory letters within our own house.
