Dear Residents

I would like to sincerely thank all Residents for making the election process a very peaceful and smooth affair The cooperation of all is to be really appreciated and the turnout was a record one.

I would also like to thank in particular Mr. Kanudia, Ms. Deepti Salil, Mr Batra , Mr.Arun Maheshwari and the RWA staff for the help they rendered during the election process.

With the end of the Election my job as the Election Officer is now over and I herewith tender my resignation from this post. I would like to apologize to any one whom I may have unintentionally or unknowingly hurt by any action or decision. Let me assure you it was not intentional. 

I also take this opportunity to thank the BOM 2016-17 and in particular Mr.Shiv Bhargava for having the faith in me to have appointed me as the Election Officer.

One last request to the incoming BOM from me is to please make a special effort to amend some provisions of our current Bye-Laws which are ambiguous or ridiculous failing which some one or the other will always feel hurt . There should also be a limit to the expenses to which a BOM can sanction on its own and provisions for more transparency and accountability. One example I can give is that whatever the financials of the complex need not be approved by the AGM. In short the BOM can get away with any act without responsibility and accountability.

I Wish the new BOM all the best and look forward to a new year of peaceful and harmonious living in the complex
