The below mentioned mail regarding the running of the Club House was written on February 24 . I had proposed for making a small three member committee to be formed so that decision making is more effective and result oriented. But it now transpires that only the President and Secretary is interested in the running of the Club .There is no response or confirmation from the proposed committee members. Although Mr. Shukla and verbally given his consent the Treasurer Mme, Dipti Salil has not thought it prudent to even acknowledge the mail. It appears that the there is lack of coordination amongst the MC members or the decision is taken without the consent of Mme. Dipti Salil who as one believes is running the entire show . This only shows the lack of confidence in the decision taken by the President for whom I have high regards . But the shots are run by none other than Mme. Salil as it appears. I was told that there is no money with RWA and none will be granted and even then I agreed to undertake the difficult proposition . Perhaps some members of the committee do not agree with the President’s decision on the club issue .
In the absence of no confidence within your own committee members of your decision I hereby withdraw myself from any activity concerning the Club House . Further going by the past experience of 2nd July(election day of the Complex) I do not desire or wish to be associated in any such activity which results in abuses and humiliation by the members of the CARTEL whose sole objective is to grab power and run the complex . I am sure the current committee has very capable members to take care of all affairs of the Complex including the Lawns-grass and Club House .
The Club House is also in a pathetic state .The dining room roof has fallen off with Termites eating away the wood. The TT room floor is all hollow and broken with no support due to water seepage. There is no activity in the Billiard or the card room which is used for Yoga by some residents. In fact the Club house is dead most of the times. So be it.
Important; Please inform the residents on the decision taken by the MC on the running of Cultural Committee by some Residents privately for which I have already expressed the concern sand the illegality involved due to Non-Transparency and No accountability . Lastly please update the status on the decision taken on the Lifts. Has the final decision on the Brand taken?
As a resident I wish good for the complex and it’s residents and hope that one day things will certainly improve. I also wish all the best to the President who has a huge responsibility of running the complex.

Dear Friends
Thank you all for keeping faith in a resident for the uplifting and starting of activities in the Club House in our Beautiful complex. I propose that we form a small committee who can take collective actions and decisions under the guidance and support of the current President and Secretary. The following names are proposed by me:

Mr. Shukla : Member MC
Advisors: Sh. Promod Mehra ji and Sh. Shyam Kanudia ji.
I need the approval and confirmations from the two members of MC.
The President and Secretary will be informed at all times about the happenings.
The job will be to activate the Club and bring life into it so that the residents can all enjoy. . The agenda of the Club activities shall be decided very soon and informed to all..We plan to bring in Music –games-regular parties –movies –snacks tea , coffee and soft drinks very soon.
Funds; Will try our best to have contributions from all the residents –irrespective of the amount.
