DISSCONNECTION OF ELECTICITY!!!

Dear Members of MC/ RWA

 

Kindly refer to all my previous correspondence on the subject of Pre Paid Charges being levied on the residents of The Forest Omaxe. Besides this the Electrical connection of my Pent House Number 702 Corbett has been cut off on the following dates:

 

22-12-2017    11am onwards

20-01-2017    11 am onwards

12-02-2017    11am  onwards

 

Disconnecting the electricity of my Pent House  is infringement of my fundamental legal rights .Electricity department has repeated written to the RWA that this practice of charging before the actual is due date is illegal and not permissible as per the laws of the electricity.  Please note that in both the case of Pre Paid Cam Charging and Cutting off of electricity connections of residents invite legal actions and RWA shall be liable for damages and causing hurt and mental torture to me and my family.

 

RWA and MC has failed to act or rectify the errors in both the cases while they had all the time.

             Revealing The Truth

Dear All,

Decision to disconnect the electricity on non-payment is prevalent for the last three years.

I am extremely sorry to reveal that in the very first year of this rule 15-16, the complaint wife was Vice President of the MC, in 16-17, THE complaint was himself The President of MC.

Who soever who after a permissable limit that's Re 7500 and 12500 for apartments and Pent Houses, don't clear the limit, the system automatically cut the electricity and when the honourable member send the cheque or cash, his electricity is restored immediately, but before going that our RWA office send several reminders and request the honourable member to pay the bill. 

Past three years records can be scene whose electricity was cut by the system and restored immediately after the member sent the amount.

The only difference this year is the current year MC after passing the resolution unanimously/majority, included Cam charges just to facilitate the day to day expenses of the MC.

This MC has too instructed that No Electric Cut on Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday, even on next working day, it's given 11am Cut Of BY the system.

I very humbly remind the complaint that this rule is applicable to all residents including President, Secretary, Vice President, TREASURE and all the MC members.

Replying to the complaint, the rules prevalent from three years, how can it becomes illegal in this year only.

Hope, the honourable member should take it in a good sense and cooperate with the MC and all the 105 members (in which he is too inclusive) and should not take it personally, for He is the most Respected Member of the society.

This is my personal views as a MC members, Others are free to have their opinion.
