Subject; Pathetic Condition of Complex/Lawns
1. Above pictures show the state of our Lawns of High End complex The Forest Omaxe . Needless to mention the lawns are in barren state with all grass in a pathetic state of disappearance.
2. It is strange that the very people who are now managing the current affairs in the complex show double standards and their though process. The above enclosed mails (attached) by some prominent senior members of the Society and the current members of MC wrote and lectured extensively on the subject of grass vanishing in the and squarely blaming the previous MC . Some residents firmly believe that they are above the law writing all sorts of defamatory and abusive languages. It is time the Law takes it’s own course and such people be brought to task. There is enough material on hand to take them to the courts.
3. 12000sq ft of new grass at the cost of Rs.40000/- was sowed to bring back the lawns to their former Green glory giving the complex a fresh look. It took less than 6 months for new MC to destroy and undo thus wasting the effort and money of the donors. Not a rupee of RWA was used.
4. Arrogant and rough boys of the complex are allowed to play football and no one had the audacity or guts to stop them till one girl got seriously hut on her eye .What if the ball had hit an elderly resident or a infant. When 8inches of the sand pit was increased there was a lot of hue and cry . Now servants –drivers –Maids have taken over the lawns. Drivers-servants and even drivers of Guest play cricket in the lawns..If any member of the staff stops they are hurled abuses by the parents. What system is this-double-triple standards. Below pictures show how the complex is hijacked by one section the Residents (The man in the dark dress is a driver of a resident’s guest was seen batting). Why is the same member of the current MC who was very adamant on increasing 8 inches of Sand pit is now quiet being in power? Is it pleasing the residents by keeping quiet on seeing all evils and wrong things to generate a VOTE BANK like all our politicians .Is this Vote Bank politics? Who are we trying to please except create disharmony-divisive politics and bring the value of the complex lowest in the Area.(rates are much higher in Eldeco- ATS- Omaxe SPA etc.).
5. In the parting note of the previous MC I as a President had written about Sandeep Horticulture . He was caught red handed stealing. Yet he was hired by the new MC as a perhaps a part of vengeance and hate politics.
6. Two cases in the NOIDA courts have been filed for misappropriation and bundling of accounts by MC(2015-16) where some members of the current MC were very prominently very active. Please be assured that any wrong doing –playing with public funds will be subject of Lawful actions . We are answerable to the society at large and also answerable to the majority of the quiet residents who are aware of all but prefer to remain silent.
7. One Trampoline was installed last year for young kids. It was systematically destroyed by the elderly boys and even some ladies of the Complex who used it till it became redundant and unusable. Why were the same people who were so good at writing mails last year are so quiet now?
Sensitive issues like Lifts and Water Body have to be handled very carefully and Public funds have to be taken with due care. At least that is the minimum one expects from the Elected representatives of the Society.

Dear Residents of The Forest Omaxe;
The below mentioned mail has been sent twice to the current MC but they have neither acknowledged it nor have they replied-only ignored . This is a major concern of residents which is not being addressed by the elected representatives of the complex . I initially sent the mail only to the elected representatives only but since no reply was received I am forwarding it to all the residents for them to draw their own conclusions and decisions.
Let it be on the conscience of the residents who have voted the current MC to power to bring the current state of affairs of the complex .
