Dear Mr. Mehra

I am in receipt of your mail, whereby you have not accepted the proxy vote authorisation letter by giving the reason that the last date for submission was 18.8.2017. 

I wish to inform you that I had already sent a mail yesterday whereby I had granted authority to Mr. Pavan Narang, my tenant to vote on my behalf. 

The present communication sent today with the letter is in continuation of my mail sent on 18.08.2017 (within time) only. 

Thus you are requested to accept the proxy voting authorisation sent yesterday by me through mail as a valid authorisation and treat today's mail as part of yesterday's mail.

I have written to Mr. Bhargava a few times on the subject of how unfair it is that I am deprive of my Proxy vote.

If it is possible, and in view of the circumstances of the situation I wish to ask my daughter, Ekta Niranjan, to exercise my proxy for the benefit of Mr. Bhargava and his team.

I am in UK and my elder daughter Meenu Niranjan is in San Francisco.
