LLVM version used by MCLinker

Hi,

I am going to push a set of changes which implement .MIPS.abiflags
section support for MIPS targets. These changes depend on some
of the last LLVM commits. So after the push MCLinker will require
the latest (say r237451) version of LLVM.

Is it okay to make the push? If you for some reason prefer to stick
to more mature version of LLVM I can copy some necessary stuff directly
to the MCLinker code.
