[PATCH] Replace the llvm::abs64() by the std::abs()

Hi,

The llvm::abs64() routine has been completely removed from LLVN since
r231696 and replaced by the std::abs(). The attached patch does the
same thing in the HexagonAbsoluteStub.cpp file.

Is it OK to commit?
