[MCLinker] Obsolete branch management

Hi,

We are going to remove some obsolete branches from the repository. Some of them have been merged to master and some of them haven't been updated for a long time.

Following branches will be removed in a few days:

hexagon-staging

hj/x86-64

ldscript

pass_mnger

Please let us know if any of the branch is working or just create a new branch if needed.
