Volunteers for first meeting?

We are hoping to have the first meeting on the first business day of
September.
Please let me know if you can present and the topic.

I'm hoping Alec is still one of the first presenters, but we would
like 2 presenters.

I can probably recycle (with much cleaning) my recent mxug talk, but only if there's a shortage of talks...

Hi Korny,

Thinking it would be easy to remember if it was the first business day of the month.

That does mean it'll be a different day of the week each month though...  I struggle with Wednesdays (need to move my trainer) and Thursdays (weekly showcase) - I'm sure others are similar.

My talk was something like "Using Raphael and a smidgeon of HTML5 for exploring algorithms" - though it covered a fair bit of other stuff as well; mostly just a show&tell of some graph work we've done.  I might try actually planning it a bit if I'm going to re-run it (and try to avoid beer beforehand)

I can make Tuesday, but as it seems you already have enough talks, I'm happy to skip mine (or defer it to a later lunchtime if we have a gap)
