McLaren Park - Louis Sutter Upper Playground Renewal | Project update, July 2026

In our last update in early June, we shared the final plan for the Louis Sutter Upper Playground.

Since then, our project team has been working to develop this plan into construction documents, order equipment and materials, and refine the construction schedule.

We are pleased to announce that this project is expected to break ground in January 2027.

Please be advised that during construction, the entire play area will be fenced off and closed. Construction is expected to last about three months.

We aim to have the new playground complete and open to the public by April 2027.
