Subject: ALERT: New baseball fields coming to Crocker Amazon payed for by the SF Giants

See the information in the links attached. This annoucement is about a special public meeting to weigh in on the proposal for a new baseball facility at Crocker Amazon Playground. It will renovate the existing ball fields and add other features to the space. This is an important meeting to give feedback on this project. Details are below for time and date. You can also RSVP for this meeting.

Crocker Amazon Baseball & Softball Fields Community Meeting November 12

Come out for a community meeting on the Crocker Amazon Baseball and Softball Fields Renovation at the June Jordan High School auditorium (325 La Grande Avenue) on Wednesday, November 12 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Rec and Park, in partnership with the San Francisco Giants, will share plans to upgrade six diamonds with lighting, batting cages, expanded parking, improved dog play areas, a new restroom, a central plaza, and better paths, irrigation, and park furnishings.
