Hello Park Advocates-
Join Rec and Park for our second community meeting to discuss the revitalization of the baseball and softball fields at Crocker Amazon.
The San Francisco Giants are partnering with Rec and Park to renovate six baseball and softball fields with new, state-of-the-art diamonds and associated amenities. These improvements will benefit youth, high school and adult baseball and softball programs.
The project will re-orient and renovate the existing baseball/softball fields, install field and pathway lighting, expand the parking lot, install batting cages, upgrade the existing dog play area, create a new dog play area, add a new restroom facility, provide a central community plaza space, as well as improve pedestrian walkways, irrigation and plantings, and park furniture, such as picnic tables and benches.
