Another proposed project for Community Opportunity Fund Grant --Multi-purpose sports court

Here is some additional info and a petition from Joel Winter who is also applying for a grant under the Community Opportunity Fund grant process. The plans for such a court have been discussed at a number of bond and funding meetings over the years. Joel has worked on the specifics of this plan and thinks that it might be the right time to finally get some funding for it. Note: An exact location has not been confirmed yet. He is working with the department to find the best spot, should this grant application be chosen. Here is his information if you should want to add your personal support.
