Dear Madam/ Sir,
On the auspices of the celebration Year of Silver Jubilee of MCKVIE, we, on behalf of Utopia 2k24 committee are planning to prepare a video of at least one student of each passed out year since the beginning of the department till 2023 who have been well established in the society. The video is to hold a brief speech of his/her introduction stating the year of his/her passout, his/her memory of the department-college and a few words of his/her workplace and designation etc.
We would finally consolidate all of these pieces of videos into a single video with some voice over given to it.
Therefore, Sir / Madam, please facilitate us by communicating with the students and obtaining these videos from them to fulfill the purpose by 11thth January 2024, please!
NB. It may also be used for promotional purposes.
