AAPNA Infotech is currently looking to hire freshers for Junior Low Code Developer roles. We are seeking candidates with excellent coding skills and strong English communication skills (both are mandatory). Only considering 2022, 2023 IT/CS pass outs.
AAPNA offers various models to cater to your software development needs. All of the teams are managed by experienced account managers, who engage with partners and clients to provide regular updates and demonstrations. They work closely with the software development team to ensure timely delivery and strictest quality control.
JOB POSITION--Junior Low code / No code Developer
Position – Junior Low code / No code Developer
Experience – 0-1 Years
Location – Permanent WFH role
Education – MCA, B.E/B-Tech-Computers/IT
Shift timing – 2 PM – 11 PM (Should be flexible for other shifts as well)
Job Description :
0-1 years of work Experience in development background (any technology like .Net, JAVA, etc.).
Candidate should be willing to learn No Coding platform, company will provide training.
Preference would be given to somebody who has experience on any low coding platform, BPM, UiPath, etc.
SQL knowledge is MUST
Should have worked in Agile model.
Should have excellent written and verbal Communication Skill & Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently & in a team with a high level of quality.
Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
Zeal to learn new tools in a short span of time and independently work on the application development/automation.
Candidate Profile:
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Analytical skills
Should be an individual contributor and should be able to run the show with client independently.

Online test sessions for the candidates this Saturday, i.e., on 20th January 2024. We can also arrange the test on Sunday, 21st January 2024.
Additionally, sharing the terms and conditions for the salary package below.
- A candidate will embark on an internal training programme for three months. This will be 3 months internal training from AAPNA on Decisions development.
- At the end of the internal training program, candidate will receive a stipend of Rs. 30,000 subjects to the following conditions:
- Candidates complete the training, and clears our internal test, and accept our final offer letter.
- Candidates complete the training but fail the test.
- Candidates will not receive the stipend if -
i. They do not complete the training.
ii. They do not accept our offer.
- The candidate will be joining AAPNA as Associate Consultant, and they will be serving the organisation for a period of 24 months. If they resign before completion of the said period, they will be liable to pay 2 Lakhs as their training fee to the company.
- Upon confirmation b/w 3-9 months’ time and joining as Associate Consultant, they would receive INR 25000 per month.
- On starting on a billable project, they would receive a CTC of 4 L (depending upon their performance in training and performance after the that)
- Candidates’ performance and other antecedents will be thoroughly assessed/evaluated by their superiors and only on satisfactory completion of their initial or extended period they will be confirmed in the regular service of the company on such terms and conditions as decided by the company.
- Candidates’ Role and the Key performance Indicators would be communicated on joining the duties.
