We are glad to inform you that Capgemini is planning to hire rural literate women (Tier 2, 3, 4 cities in India) from economically weak backgrounds with a location mobility challenge, through Sakhi Drishtikon program.

About the Sakhi Drishtikon program:
It is an initiative of Capgemini. This initiative aims to tap into the potential of educated rural women who are not able to reach out to opportunities, unlike their urban counterparts.
The digital revolution has completely transformed the way we work, access information, and connect. It offers immense opportunities for people who inhabit these worlds. 
However, many communities are excluded from its benefits and more so women who face a triple divide: digital, rural, and gender. 

The Sakhi Drishtikon initiative started with an aim to bring women from rural India into the mainstream workforce.

 Eligibility criteria: 

 

Criteria 

Sakhi Drishtikon 


Candidate Location 

Rural regions - pan-India
Tier 2, 3, 4 cities (Must be willing to relocate to job location)

Gender 

Female 

Disability

Income Criteria 

< 5 LPA 

Pass Percentage 

50% marks in graduation and 35% minimum marks in 10th and 12th across all subjects. 1 year gap allowed 

Educational Qualification 

BE, BTech, BSc (Only CS or IT background)

Year of Passing 

2019 – 2021  (2018 only on exceptional basis)

Job Prerequisite (if any)

Candidates need to possess basic communication skills, computational abilities and logical aptitude

Job Location 

Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore

Shift Type 

24/7 Rotational Shifts 

Miscellaneous

Technical rejects of other drives are also eligible for the role 

CTC 

BSc/BCA - 2.5 LPA 

BE/BTech - 3 LPA
