Vedak is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate - Client
Solutions to join the global team in Kolhapur (On-Site). The Associate/Senior Associate position
is a key role within Vedak where you will be working with distinctive clients comprising of
leading corporations. The above role will solely cater to the EU and US clients (Kindly read in
detail at the end of the page).

The Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for delivering experts to clients on various projects, building relationships with our clients and Network Members (experts), and working with senior colleagues to maximize Vedak’s growth and impact. ***Specific Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To)***
• Engage key constituents at clients as thought partners in-person and virtually, with a heavy
focus on senior-level decision makers, in order to understand these clients’ work, differentiate
the company’s brand, tailor value proposition to these critical influencers and deliver best in
class client service.
• Facilitate high-value engagements between Vedak experts (including industry executives,
independent consultants, academics, and former policymakers across all sectors) and our clients while maintaining industry-leading standards in Compliance. Engagements mainly consist of 1:1
telephone consultation, but may also consist of surveys, in-person meetings, panels, or other custom, in-depth engagements.
• Support the Sales team growing Vedak client relationships Global markets including new clients as well as senior stakeholders. This relationship development will stem from proactive phone outreach, project execution, post-project client feedback, and occasionally in-person client meetings in partnership with Sales.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues across company teams, particularly with stakeholders on client servicing and network development teams.
***Qualifications***
• 0 to 3+ years of experience, ideally with direct experience within a corporate business, or
servicing corporate clients Globally and act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavors.
• Executive presence, the ability to interact with senior professionals at major listed companies as well as start-ups
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment and express a strong desire to work in and lead a team
• Strong go-do attitude and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to call and engage senior professionals along with the ability to think creatively and focus on opportunities for accelerated growth
• Understanding of the business in detail, Interest in working across all industries and demonstrating the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
