Experience with an OOP language
Experience with Hibernate and Spring, specifically Spring Batch. Strong database (SQL Server and DB2) and SQL Skills.
Experience writing batch and client-server style applications in Java and Spring
Experience writing applications run from a webserver (Tomcat/WebLogic Server/JBoss, etc.)
Understanding of Factory and MVC design patterns
Ability to navigate a Linux distribution
Basic understanding of bash/shell scripting or similar
Successfully implemented processes into a Production environment
