Do a pull and test the app, I made small changes to the text so it refers to zip codes instead of addresses for find meetings, since the number of complaints about intranslateable addresses have been going up.

Well, we need better wording here. After a user presses the Refresh, our APP shows back the address, not Zip code. Can the prompt be "Zip Code or Address:" ?

Address doesn't work in a number of cases though, is it possible to get the zipcode out of what the geocoder returns and just put that there when they click refresh? The fact that we support some addresses can be an admin feature or something.

Why not leave it as is and when they do a find meeting search and if the geocoder does not  return anything, at that time we tell them please enter zipcode only instead of address?

We could do something with find meetings to help them, but add meetings also fails to geocode even if the address is valid. In that case they do need to enter an address.

Good point, if anyone has time could you revert the wording changes i made and update the bad address message to say "use zipcode/reboot phone"? If not I'll give it a shot next week.

Yeah... Weather Underground forecast looks bad,  but we'll see how things go later this week.  (it wouldn't be the first time weather forecasters were wrong ;-)

Yep, saw that. Friday evening I'll send out email and cancel if things look bad.

Just talked to my weather guy, lets consider this Saturday cancelled. If you see nothing from me Friday night - stay home, its very possible the snow will have knocked out my power, which means its better not to drive. If the whole thing does go south and miss us, I'll send an un-cancellation email.

My status - I've been trying to spend an hour a day working on the template app. So far so good, since Saturday we have as much unit test coverage as is possible, json db fixtures for unit tests, basic angularjs scaffolding, and the beginnings of authentication/authorization.

My office declared Jan 25 a Holiday, thanks for this extra day off I could finally compile and install https://github.com/twitter/twitter-kit-android

It is really nice full scale Android APP with activities, fragments, bars, menus and integration with Twitter APP or Browser. To make it fully operational yoit to register your branch with Fabric.io anyway.

So... I think I passed the "first acquaintance" milestone in twitter-for-android class, does anybody need any clarification about something before I wrap it up?
