West Palm Beach meetings

Hi Victor,

All of the West Palm Beach meetings have been added, David helped me finish it. We added around 120 meetings.

What was really painful, there were several meetings when we submitted it said Invalid Address. The meetings  that we got this on had a valid address.

We still entered those meetings, for some we just entered West Palm Beach as the address and others we could submit by leaving off street number.
