This is to inform everyone that our March 30 salary will be credited to our payroll account on March 22, 2013. The early release is due to the scheduled shutdown beginning March 25.

 

For those who are entitled to sick  leaves  and/or  vacation leaves cash conversions, the same will be paid out on March 22, 2013.  The cut-off period for sick leave and vacation leave filing for SY 2012-2013 is set on February 28, 2013.  Please note that any sick leave and vacation leave applications filed after February 28, 2013 will be applied to your SY 2013-2014 leave credits. 

 

For part-time and non-permanent employees, your March 30 salary will be released in April upon submission of clearance.
