Jollibee Party - additional orders

Hi everyone, I went to AFP Medical Center this morning to check on the venue and meet personally with our contact there. She informed me that usually sponsors also provide food for the guardians, and this means additional Jollibee meals. Inital party cost was P6,940 for 40 kiddie meals, hosting, favors, etc but since we need to provide for 60 people, I had to order additional 20 food meals. Total party cost is now P8,540 for 60 people. 

I hope more people can contribute (any amount will do) so I don't end up paying the whole tab. I'm getting worried already  :D

Thanks to Kay Aquino who wired money from the States, I can't see it in my account yet but I'm sure by Monday I will.

I set the album to public so I don't think you need to be a registered user to access it (or at least I hope so... lemme know if you have any problems). After the event, we had lunch at The Old Spaghetti House (Katipunan) but I didn't take any pics... gutom na kasi masyado. :)

Hi Everyone,

 

I would like to commend Bel Surla for the good initiative and for taking the challenge to head the fund raising activity. A job well done.  

 

Bel and those who participated in the Fund Raising brought a different feeling to the depressed AFP Hospital mood. In spite of the severe health conditions of the children, you will see them smiling and having a blast.

 

Even though there were only a few who attended, the event was very organized and structured. Bel and her team really prepared everything.

 

So again, good work Bel.
