How should I get User ID from apps.appzone.lk?

When I'm going publish an app, they are asking "Your AppZone AppStore User ID *". What is it? (I'm hosting it my own server). And I want to know about what is the sms sending URL? When it is running on simulator, I put

MchoiceAventuraSmsSender smsSender = new MchoiceAventuraSmsSender(new URL("http://127.0.0.1:8000/sms/"),"appid","password");

So what is the URL?

This particular URL, AppId and password will be given by APPZONE suport team. You have to send a mail to request these. support@appzone.

and there is a button named as "PUBLISH".

After that I need to fill a form. That form asks about "Your AppZone AppStore User ID"?
