is it possible to change the rental for the service?

If I have a application based on subscription, if someone subscribed and need some information on request, can I charge him per sms ( for each request)

We have two types of application 1). On demand 5+tax per message 2). Subscriber based 30+tax per month. If you need to change on-demand to subscriber based or other way round, you need to request it  from our support. Then your application will be provisioned as a new application.

how many free sms can i send to registered users.

Your initial limit will be 1000 per day. But you can request and increase this amount when you need. And you should provide a valid reason.

Is it free for Subscribed users to request information on demand?

If you referring to same Subcriber based application, yes you can. But if you referring to some other on demand application , definitely its not possible.
