COUPLE OF THINGS to say before I shut up for the weekend (I promise...)
1) Elizabeth May was in Toronto dropping the NEW GREEN PLATFORM this morning! If you think corporate subsidies are bullshit and electoral reform is the way forward ( unless you like going to the polls every other year) THIS IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT : http://greenparty.ca/platform2011

2) TOMORROW IS YOUR CHANCE TO MEET ELIZABETH MAY AND YOUR LOCAL CANDIDATES. See details below, come out and get inspired!

The schedule of events are as follows:

11:45 AM - Meet at Train Station and look for the Green signs, shirts, etc.
*If you do not have a Green Party t-shirt, we will have plenty on hand along with posters and pins.
12:06 PM - Elizabeth May arrives

event won't last too long and the media will be there, so the more that
are able to welcome our fearless leader to our beautiful city, the
better!
4:45 PM - Meet at Newtown (1476 rue Crescent) for 5@7
*There will also be a flash mob (a sea of green) upon her arrival!
5:00-5:10 PM - Elizabeth May to arrive
*There will be complimentary hors d'oeuvres and speeches by Elizabeth May and Georges Laraque.

to wear your favourite shade of green. This of course, is not mandatory, but encouraged.
