As you all may have heard, there are questions as to whether Elizabeth
May will be included in this years leaders debate. What do you all
think about this? Take a second and ponder what this says about our
current democratic system; in 2008 the Greens captured 7% of the vote,
in a country which is being led by a Government which received only
38% of the vote; 7% is not inconsequential. Just for reference sake,
the bloc received 10% of the vote and gained 49 seats in the house.
You do the math, 7% of the national vote =0 seats, while 10% of the
national vote= 49 seats. Is this the best we can do for democracy?
Make your voice heard! if you think Elizabeth May should be included
in the leaders debates, sign the petition-

Remember- No matter who you support, think about what is really at
stake, and keep yourself informed!
Enjoy the sunshine!
