Tuesday -

As scheduled with one exception.  If possible we would like to add Kai at 8am or 9am and then you can shave time off the end of the day. IF POSSIBLE.

8 am -  Put out tables

Both Black tables at handicap seating

Director, Playwright, Movement 

SM, Lighting, and Small table for Scenery

Leave Preview Sound Table where it is.

Single sound table. We don't need an extra table for Ryan.

Projection just needs Elizabeth + Stephania, other projection table can stay in the back.

Both Costume tables

We should set up Lighting and Projections first. They will be in at 10 am.

Sound will come in a little later.

Set lights in drum booth for video shoot.

Possibly set some other video lights for band.  We will check this with Stephania when she gets in. They will shoot the band video at 12pm while we are all on lunch.
