Hotline Update for Wednesday, September 24th

Hello All,
Wednesday, September 24th is a YELLOW Day. We have a lot to accomplish. It is not a RED Day because it is just us her and no outside tech or performers. We have a fair amount of work, but we also have 14 people in the morning, and 11 in the afternoon. If we continue at a steady pace we should be in good shape. Here is a plan for the day.
Hang rental lights – Steve, Paul, Skippy, Laura, and Javier
Deal with Seats - Dylan, Phoenix, Tone, Liandra, Naomi, Jeff, Kai, Vander
(all seats go back in with the exception of the House Left ones. They are the single digit odd numbers for rows B – D)
Once the seat are off of the back wall, it would be good to put the Linears on the cart and take them down to the trap room. Then we can roll out 5 pieces of marley.
After coffee break, everyone who is not at the production meeting, or Laura, lay 5 sections of Marley floor. We do not need the 6th section.
Once the floor is down, can we have the run crew go over and set the wagons and roof for the understudy rehearsal.
After the set is in, we will set booms, and then hang the CABD soft goods.
After the lights are patched, we will focus for Sunday’s Special.
Once the projector gets back from Yonkers we will install it on the balc. rail and Skippy and Phoenix can focus it.
In the afternoon we can rough in the backline in the pit.
Right when we get started at 8 am, can I have Vander go over and set up the keyboard in the house for the understudy rehearsal?
