Update for Week of February 23rd

Hello,

 

Here are some updates on what is planned for this upcoming week. Due to the impending storm.

 

The LCA has canceled the strike call on Monday.  The strike will now happen on Thursday.  If you were on the strike call for Monday, and you can come in on Tuesday at 8 am or 9 am we will use your help.  If you are booked for Tuesday, no big deal.  If you can come in on Thursday morning to help strike that would be great.

 

The production Department is currently on a delayed start for Monday.  The shops are set to start at 10 am.  This will depend on how much snow actually falls out of the sky.  Dixie will be making the call on if and when we do any work on Monday.  Nothing will start before 10am.

 

If the shops lose some or all of Monday, we know this puts extra pressure on getting the physical production ready for tech.  We should be prepared to have the scene shop working on the stage during Wednesday’s focus call. 

 

For anyone who is called at 10 am on Tuesday, if you can start at 9 or 9:30 am, that would be helpful.
