Hello,

I just wanted to send this in a couple of places.  This is a repeat of the email I just sent out.  I did not want people to be surprised that we have a little more to do in the first hour today. If you read the email, ignore this post.

After you all land the roof, can those that were assigned tasks in the planner please help out in the Matthews for the remainder of the call until lunch?   With a few of you helping, we will be able to finish up the clean up of the stage.  I want to make sure that lighting has the time today to finish all of the great work they are doing on making it look so good.

 

I would also ask that over the next two afternoons, the people backstage take a few moments to clean up any stray hardware or other load in gear.  Don’t get me wrong, it looks pretty good. I just want to put away the last few things. And yes, I know I am the worst offender with all of my tool bags strewn about. I will clean them up today.

 

Please double check that the road boxes on the back wall are closed and the hasps are made.  If they are not closed it is too easy for performers to clip or run into those doors if they are booking along the back crossover.

 

As for striking the tables today. The entire run crew should head out for dinner when wash up is called. We can handle the tables today without your help. By the way, thanks so much for all of the help the last few times we have struck them. Having you guys for 10 to 20 minutes made all of the difference. We really appreciate it.
