Notify(): CORBA exception of the kind : UNKNOW is caught

Dear members of the McCAD Users forum,

I'am a new user of the McCAD Salome code.

I think I installed McCAD without problems because I was able to open the module and view the tutorial files, I was also able to generate the mcnp input file.

Also, I generated some file geometries with extensions .stp with two software, CATIA and Autodesk Inventor, in both cases, I had no problem generating the mcnp file for rectangular geometries (attached files: mccad02/04/05/06.jpg).  

But when I use spherical geometry or cylindrical have the notification "CORBA exception of the kind: UNKNOW is caught" (attached file: mccad07.jpg).

My questions are:

What should I do to avoid having such notifications?

Should I do some treatment on my geometry to avoid this notification?

Is this due to the lack of any library?

I know that CORBA is employed in the SALOME platform for internal data communications among different modules (Yuefeng Qiu, 2016)
