The District Manager Job Description: 

·         Serve as the main point of contact for the Full-Time Field Specialists in their assigned district who provide on-going training, merchandising and brand ambassador services for our client. 

·         Will also be responsible for final interviewing and hiring of your team, managing all aspects of their training, scheduling and execution of visits, completion of all reports and overall performance to goal.   

·         Proven ability to adapt to changing business environment while proactively ensuring field organization meets or exceeds client expectations - burning desire to be the best! 

·         Develop strong rapport with field specialists and store management through consistent and professional communication. 

·         Ability to work full-time, Tues-Saturday (off Sun-Mon)  

·         In addition to managing a team of Full-Time Field Specialists, the DM will also be responsible for in-field activities, including;  

·         Educate and train retail sales force about the products key features and service offerings  

·         Deliver presentations where needed to educate retail, direct and business teams on clients' key product differentiators, messages, promotions, etc. 

·         Generate in-store buzz through passion and engagement of our clients' products 

·         Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel; 

·         Make a significant impact on sales and improve the consumer buying experience; 

·         Maintain and build brand presence at retail through merchandising, display maintenance and some POP and plan-o-gram compliance; 

·         Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines; 

·         Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific competitive tactics including price moves, new products and merchandising materials; 

·         Maintain working knowledge of all products in order to be a subject matter expert and direct questions from retail associates related to product issues, allocation and inventory challenges to clients' field sales team; 

·         As requested, attend and execute at marketing events, customer rallies, product launch activities to educate and train on clients' products key features and service offerings; 

·         Does not have to be tech savvy, but should have enthusiasm for fashion!
