HiFive ­­Employee Referral Program                                                                         Ø  Eligibility Criteria(A must)   ·         Qualification : Completed B.E/B.Tech from 2012 & 2013 batches ONLY(No arrears) ·         Percentage : 60% and above marks in all academics   Ø  Day and Date : Saturday & 12th April 2014 Ø  Venue : STC Bangalore Campus   Ø  Please Note :   ·         Please enter all relevant details on the referral portal and upload all profiles against RR- 7553. Please do not send any profiles to recruitment directly. Only profiles uploaded on Employee referral portal will be considered. The window period open for referring candidates ends on EOD 10th April 2014(Thursday). Any referrals made post that will not be considered for this drive. ·         If you are trying to upload a profile but are unable to do so because of “Duplicate” error, it means the resume is already in our database and has been processed and closed earlier. It doesn’t necessarily means we would have interviewed the candidate earlier but was dropped owing to several other reasons. Such candidates will not be considered again for whatsoever reasons. ·         Resumes will be screened based on the Eligibility criteria above i.e 60% consistence marks in all academics BE/B.Tech passed out from 2012/2013 batches only. ·         A call letter along with a Unique code will be sent to shortlisted candidates as an email on/before 3 pm,  11th April 2014 (Friday). ·         He/She is required to produce a hard copy of the call letter at the entrance and this will be treated as an entry pass for the selection process.
