Job Description
* Handling Inbound or Outbound calls (Dependant on Process)
* Linguistic ability: English (or) Tamil (or) Hindi (or) Malayalam (or) Kannada (or) Telugu
* Handling Queries/Request/Complaint of the Customers.
* Ensuring compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures
* Providing Technical/Medical/Sales/Billing advice basis requirement.
* Tracking performance
* Responsible for mail coordination with Clients and Customer (Dependant on Process)
